Becoming a fully licensed New Jersey cannabis dispensary owner is never easy. For someone with a past conviction, it’s one of the most challenging journeys imaginable. Our story proves that redemption, resilience, and determination can break barriers and create opportunity in an industry that once punished people for the very plant now powering an entire market.
After facing legal charges years ago, our founder made an unwavering decision — to rebuild, learn, and prove that past mistakes don’t define the future. That commitment meant returning to school, earning degrees from Catherine Gibbs College and Rutgers University, and working tirelessly in business and marketing to build a new professional life in New Jersey.
But transforming a legacy cannabis background into a fully legal New Jersey dispensary took more than education and drive. The NJ retail cannabis licensing process is complex, competitive, and intimidating — especially for social equity applicants and those with a record. Applications are scrutinized, financial requirements are steep, and access to funding is limited. Still, we pushed forward, proving that second chances matter in the cannabis industry.
In 2020, we opened a CBD store in South Amboy, NJ, then relocated to Matawan to expand and create a safe, trusted space for wellness products. That success fueled another step forward with a new store in Red Bank, NJ, serving CBD, cigars, and medical marijuana patients. Each move built the foundation for our ultimate goal — applying for and winning a New Jersey retail cannabis license. After years of hard work, we’re proud to now be part of the state’s legal cannabis market and represent those who were once excluded.
We are independently owned, family-driven, and deeply rooted in the Monmouth County cannabis community — not backed by multi-state operators or corporate investors. Our mission is to keep cannabis culture alive in New Jersey while providing safe, premium, and compliant cannabis products to local customers.
